European College Hockey Placement Services was created in response to the ever changing college hockey environment in the United States and Canada.

With the recent NCAA recent decision to allow Major Junior players access to play NCAA hockey, hundreds of student athletes, or those that aspired to be student athletes are now left with very few options.
